CHALLENGE

The task was to create a platform that helps to transfer data from one e-commerce platform to others. This system should help to manage all orders, customers, and inventory and reduce managers routine work. And also it optimizes employee's work by adding automation to the company's task management. For business owners, the system helps to analyze financial statistics.

SOLUTION

First of all, I conducted UX research which helped me to dive deep into the e-commerce field and create an information architecture of this system. I started from stakeholders interview, interviews with online store business owners, and interviews with technical specialists. I have created an information architecture and wireframes which helped the client to see how this idea should look. Also, the first basic interactive prototype helped to see how the system should work. After revision with the client, I created 2 variants of style and look of the system and the second one was approved by the client. Also, I did a landing page for this system and marketing materials (Facebook, Instagram posts and email templates).
